You can access the Microsoft 365 Portal by visiting https://login.microsoftonline.com and sign in with your account username and password.

On the left menu, click on All Apps then select the People app.

To create a new contact, press the New Contact button on the top left. Then populate the fields with the contacts details.

You can add further details by selecting the +Add More option.

Once added you can click on your contact to view the information. From here you will be able to edit and delete your contacts as well.
