TO EDIT EMAIL SETTINGS ON MICROSOFT OUTLOOK 2013 (IMAP)

Start Microsoft Outlook 2013and select the file menu

Click Account and Social Network Settings » Account Settings

Highlight the account you wish to edit and click Change

Tip – keep the username the same – and simply add "@yourdomain.com" to it.

Select the Outgoing Server Tab, check the box beside my outgoing server requires authentication and click ok
