TO SET UP EMAIL IN OUTLOOK 2019 (POP)

Start Microsoft Outlook 2019 from the start menu. Click File, and then click Add Account.

Enter your email address, click advanced options, check "Let me set up my account manually" and click connect

If the information is not pre populated enter as below and click Next
